Courses
We run a selection of life-long learning courses that can be taken by students who do not have any specialist scientific or mathematical background. These are multimedia courses taught using a variety of media such as videos, a dedicated website, astronomical data and online discussion forums. These courses are taken as part time distance learning courses, you do not need to attend any on-site classes.

Qualifications required
It is recommended to have school level science and maths (UK GCSE equivalent) for all our courses. If you feel you are a little rusty in these areas we recommend you visit your local library and checkout a GCSE level book. Our more advanced courses may have additional requirements, please check each course page for further information.
